Hello to you & your staff. I am amazed at how good you are. When you first meet someone, you have no reason to believe anything about them. So I will say that I definitely started out skeptical, especially since I started with one of your competitors. That was a mistake, but I did not know you then. Tracie, you were so helpful to me. Among all the hopes and fears in life, few have a sense of dread burned into every mind in quite the way the word PROBATE does! It's not by accident that one of Dickens' greatest novels was written about how endlessly it can be for cases to work their way through courts of law. And for most people, the first thing one thinks when hearing probate is, well, this could take forever. Imagine my relief when, as we began that process, I discovered there was a company that could advance part of what we inherited during the time we were in probate. Estate Finance was one of just a handful I found nationwide that offered that service, and it made the difference between having time to write a book, or not. Next week it's off to the publisher. The special aspect of this for me, was what sets Estate Finance far apart, and above, anyone else: their abiding unfailing professionalism.
I would find out during the process that they were all attorneys -- then thought, I see why there was such a difference between them and their competitors, from the first moment on the phone. It was the feeling of talking to colleagues, instead of people trying to sell me something. I can honestly say that it was your professionalism from my first inquiry call that attracted me to your company in the first place. However it was the human aspect of working with everyone that made me glad that I had decided to choose your company over the others.
I had never been in a position before to use a service such as yours. However when I started researching the different companies out there I found there to be a lot to choose from. I also found the other's fees to be much higher, and the amount of time to be funded varied to the same or a few days later than what your company promised.
