Alan Zimmerman, President of LawFinance Group Inc., earned his JD from New York University School of Law in 1967, after receiving his BS in Business from Miami University, Ohio, in 1964. Following his service in the Navy in Vietnam, Alan founded his own law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. His clients included businesses in manufacturing, high tech, finance, mortgage banking, retailing and franchising. He has served as Vice Chair of the California Bar Business Law Section, and has been a lecturer in continuing education programs for attorneys. He is also an author for PLI and California CEB.

Michael Blum, CEO of LawFinance Group Inc., earned his JD from the University of San Francisco in 1968, after receiving his BS in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, in 1965. After a distinguished career as a litigation attorney, he founded and served as V.P. and General Counsel of a consumer electronics company that was sold to Matushita Electric Company of Japan. He has also operated computer-related marketing companies and provided capital formation, business consulting and legal services to emerging growth companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Marin Trial Lawyers Association.

Alan Maiss, Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of LawFinance Group Inc., earned his BS degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University in 1963. Since then, he has had a long and varied business career, holding senior operating management positions in both private and public sector entities, including senior operating positions in the investment, securities and gaming industries, as well as others. In recent years, Mr. Maiss has served as a director of a number of major public and private enterprises.

Jared L. Book, Chief Financial Officer of LawFinance Group Inc., earned his Master’s degree in Business Management specializing in Finance from the University of Redlands and has spent over twenty-five years in Banking and Financial Institution management including financial operations, accounting and treasury operations. He joined LawFinance Group Inc. in 2004 from his most recent position as Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gateway Bank. His incumbent positions include CFO, Controller and Treasurer with various companies within Financial Institutions, as well as comparable positions in other industries.

Tim Teeter, Vice President/Chief Operations Officer, earned his JD from Creighton University in 1998, after receiving his BS in liberal studies from Iowa State University in 1995. Tim founded his own law firm in Iowa. He has served as a professor at the University of the Pacific, and is the published author of the legal thriller Swinging Bridges.

Carla Coronado, Vice President of Customer Relations, is a Senior transferring from the University of Montana to San Francisco State where she will earn a BA in Journalism. Prior to joining the EstateFinance team, she managed the loan department for the California Culinary Academy with a focus in compliance. Prior to CCA, she worked for the largest Steelcase Dealership in the country and was responsible for office systems furniture contracts. Some clients included AAA, The Gap and Bank of America. Before moving from Montana, she worked as a floor manager and then buyer for a furniture dealership.

Duane Ledward, Estate Operations Officer, is currently enrolled in the Paralegal Studies program at San Francisco State University. After completion of the Paralegal Studies program, he plans on remaining at SFSU to complete his BA in Technical and Professional Writing. Before joining the Estate Finance team, Duane worked as Executive Director for a San Francisco based legal marketing firm that provided marketing services to attorneys throughout the United State and Canada. Prior to entering the legal operations industry, he was the Director of Purchasing for the Pan Pacific Hotel, a 338 room luxury hotel located in San Francisco, California. Duane is a member of the San Francisco Paralegal Association, California Alliance of Paralegals Association and the National Federation of Paralegals Association. ............................................................................................................................................
Dan Zimmerman, Vice President of Marketing, earned his BA in Communications from New England College in 1998. Prior to joining the EstateFinance team, he worked in the marketing and promotions end of the music business for nearly a decade and founded a boutique media firm. John E. Rosenbaum, Director of Funding, joined LawFinance Group Inc. from White & Case LLP, where he practiced banking and finance and general corporate transactional law for seven years. He also served as the law clerk to a federal district court judge and as a judicial extern to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, Rosenbaum had a ten-year career in finance, most recently as DirectoróBusiness Planning & Financial Analysis for American Express Company. Rosenbaum is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of San Francisco School of Law and holds an MBA from New York University.

Sally P. Yu, Senior Accountant, earned her BA in Business Economics degree from the University of California-L.A., and MBA from San Jose State University. She has accounting experiences in various industries including equipment financing, insurance, digital imaging, and online retailing.
